I combine evidence-based modalities to create a holistic approach that fosters healing, resilience, and personal growth. I believe in our innate ability to heal from suffering and become the strongest, most authentic version of ourselves. I earned my Master's in Clinical Social Work from the University of Nevada, Reno and have had the privilege of working as a therapist for 15 years. I look forward to meeting you.

I will work with you from a person-centered approach, tailoring each session to meet your unique needs. I utilize EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), Solution-Focused Therapy, Positive Psychology, Parts Work, and Existentialism to support you in healing.
