I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor based in Texas with over a decade of experience supporting clients through anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, low self-esteem, and depression. I hold a Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Houston Graduate School of Theology, which has equipped me with the skills and knowledge to provide compassionate, effective care tailored to each individual's needs.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I work with children, teens, and adults experiencing anxiety, trauma, and depression. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or emotionally exhausted—whether due to school stress, family dynamics, or unresolved past experiences. I provide a safe, compassionate space where we can explore what's going on beneath the surface and begin building tools for lasting change. Whether I’m helping a child manage big emotions or supporting an adult through a difficult season, I tailor therapy to meet each client’s unique needs.
