Getting to know Amanda Rosentel

Note - In order to receive my updated availability, please reach out. Welcome to a journey you’ve never experienced before. Feel free to message me with any questions. I’m Amanda Rosentel, and you’re here because you are ready for the next step—taking control of your life! I’m a big believer in setting concrete goals, creating plans, and problem-solving. I’ve had personal experiences with ADHD, anxiety, depression, and emotional trauma since I was a teenager. I’ve done the therapy work and continue to work on myself daily. I want to show you how to do the same! I hold a Master’s in Social Work from Marywood University. I love working with individuals (25+ y.o.), couples, and parents to create a life that is functional and empowering. You deserve to have your voice heard and learn which coping tools work and which don’t. We’ll weed through all the tough stuff together! When working with couples, it is so important to have a solid foundation of communication and clear expectations expressed to one another. If you are ready to do the work, I’ll be here!

What should a new client know about working with you?

In your initial session, I will gather background information, get to know you, and you can see if we are a good fit. It’s important that you feel comfortable and safe. During follow up sessions, we’ll review how things have been since last session, and 1 step at a time, dissect what we need to work on. We’ll create goals, to work towards, go through different techniques that are necessary: whether it be relaxation, planning, thought processes, etc. You will walk away with new awareness and insight that you’ve never experienced before. It’s an eye open journey. Sometimes utilizing out of the box concepts, to truly create positive change, establish boundaries, positive communication, teamwork, and get in touch with what you truly need/want in life.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
