Since entering the counseling field in early 2020, I have had the privilege of working with clients who experience addiction, anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, and relationship issues. I consider myself to have an eclectic approach to therapy, pulling from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness, Person-Centered therapy, and motivational interviewing. I firmly believe that therapy is not a one-size-fits-all approach, and I will work with you to figure out what you need to make the most of our time together each week. My goal is to create a safe and supportive environment where you feel heard and understood.
