Hello and welcome! I am a licensed social worker providing telehealth therapy sessions. I hold a Master's in Social Work from the University of Central Florida. I have experience working with clients of all ages from diverse backgrounds who struggle with anxiety, depression, grief and loss, trauma, and substance abuse issues. Most people will experience a significant stressor affecting any number of areas of their life such as family, career, relationships, or health. During these times, individuals can greatly benefit from the caring, supportive, and encouraging relationship that they develop with a therapist. I strive to create a safe and welcoming environment where you feel comfortable being yourself and opening up about the issues that you are facing. I focus on the individual needs of each client, and treatment is based on the unique backgrounds, experiences, and personalities that you bring with you to therapy.
