I have Master's degrees in both Psychology and Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I provide individual counseling to adolescents and adults. My work with adolescents in long term programs has afforded me the opportunity to see how different environments and family systems shape youth growth and needs. I also work with adults struggling with depression, anxiety, life transitions, postpartum concerns, ineffective coping skills, poor social supports, and trauma. I aim to provide a safe space for those who are struggling to process the root of their issues so that they can adopt healthy coping skills to implement in their daily lives.
