What should a new client know about working with you?

I have experience in various social service settings such as early childhood education programs and outpatient substance use and mental health clinics. I've worked with diverse populations, including children, adolescents, adults, LGBTQ+ individuals, trauma survivors, individuals with disabilities, immigrants, and cultural minority groups.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Empathy and confidentiality are at the forefront of my approach as a clinician. Clients can openly express their thoughts and emotions while feeling listened to, accepted and understood. My objective is to empower clients to develop healthier life habits, work on overcoming challenges, cope with stressors, and confront fears in a safe environment.
