I use several research-based interventions including CBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, and trauma informed therapy. I earned a Bachelor of Science in Education from Concord University in 2005. Then I obtained a Master of Arts in Counseling from Marshall University in 2012. I have been an LPC since 2022, working with a varoety of clients in private practice. Together, we will develop a comprehensive plan so that you can get the tools you need to help you reach your goals. It takes a lot of courage to reach out for help and for that I appreciate you.
