I work with adults, children and adolescents specializing in anxiety, depression, Bipolar, Dual Dx, grief, poor emotional regulation, social skills and anger management training. Provide school support to increase school success. Additionally, for adults I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy, (CBT), Talk Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Mindfulness, grief counseling and effective strategies toward the recovery of great emotional health. My therapeutic style is centered around each individual's needs, strengths, and areas for growth. I work from an empathetic and respectful stance that aims to help you alleviate pain, stress, and internal struggles. I have been licensed since 2019 and experienced in supporting over 1,000 clients and families in Florida.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Completing an initial assessment to get to know the client to identify what they would like to get out of therapy. While getting to know the client work towards establishing realistic achievable goals that the client can work towards. I use an active listen, empathetic approach to allow the client to feel comfortable with talking about issues that can be uncomfortable to talk about. If you do not have insurance, I also take cash pay clients. The UpLift team will work directly with you to inform you of payments due. The prices for visits are dependent on your co-pay amount through your insurance. If you are a cash-pay client, our price ranges from $75 to $145 per visit
