What should a new client know about working with you?

Do you feel like people may not understand you or do you feel too insecure to bring up sensitive issues with a therapist? Therapy can be such a vulnerable experience and I feel honored to be a part of your healing journey. When clients work with me, they can expect to be accepted, and treated with compassion, sensitivity and respect. I aim to hear and validate my client's experiences to help you grow and reach your goals.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

When you join me virtually, we take the first few minutes of our session to do introductions and then we discuss basic housekeeping with HIPAA, paperwork that you have already signed, and answering any initial questions. From there we complete an intake together and discuss presenting concerns, history and others. Then we work towards goal setting. At the conclusion of the session, we schedule a sequential appointment .
