“Amanda’s coaching has been truly life changing. She is deeply professional, exceptionally knowledgeable and integrates body, mind, and soul with rare clarity. With her guidance I’ve felt safer in my body, moved more out of freeze, expanded my capacity and unwound long-held patterns connected to chronic illness. Her meditations are the best I’ve ever experienced, beautifully guided, profoundly transformative and the shifts last. Through our work I released coping mechanisms/addictive patterns, learned to feel and hold my emotions again and my health anxiety softened because I’m more in tune with my body. I recommend Amanda from the bottom of my heart. Her work is powerful, precise, and truly supportive.”

“Amanda is a wealth of knowledge and one of the most intuitive, compassionate practitioners I’ve worked with. Her understanding of mast cell activation syndrome (MCAS), mold exposure, tick-borne infections, and nervous system regulation is exceptional. What sets Amanda apart is that her expertise is both clinical and lived. Her own healing journey allows her to truly understand the complexity and daily challenges of chronic, multi-system illness. Because of this, her approach is highly individualized, thoughtful, and realistic, integrating customized modalities rather than one-size-fits-all solutions. She was instrumental in helping me navigate MCAS and steroid withdrawal during a time when my body was extremely sensitive and reactive. Her guidance was grounding, validating, and empowering, and I always felt seen, heard, and supported. I recommend Amanda without hesitation to anyone facing complex chronic illness or nervous system dysregulation.”

Getting to know Amanda Wegmann

Do you feel overwhelmed by your emotions, exhausted by your body, or stuck between feeling everything too intensely and feeling nothing at all? Many of the people we work with are navigating chronic health issues alongside anxiety, trauma, sensitivity, and stress responses that seem out of their control. You might notice emotional flare-ups when you’re anxious, shutdown when you’re overwhelmed, or physical symptoms that don’t match what traditional therapy has explained. If you’re sensitive, chronically stressed, or living in a body that feels unpredictable or unsafe, you’re not alone—and you’re not imagining it.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I help women whose struggles show up both emotionally and physically. Together we explore the stress patterns in your body, your relationships, and your past so you can feel more regulated and connected. This includes chronic illness, health anxiety, shutdown, burnout, and feeling disconnected from yourself.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Therapy is not about pushing through or trying to “think positive.” It’s about helping your whole system shift from survival into regulation so you can feel grounded, connected, and more like yourself. If you’re dealing with chronic symptoms, emotional overwhelm, shutdown, or sensitivity, I would be honored to support you. Please reach out to begin.

Amanda is absolutely incredible and I highly recommend working with her. Her knowledge is beyond anyone I've ever come across.
Amanda is an amazing practitioner to work with. I have struggled with my mental and emotional health for many years, and seen many different practitioners, but always felt like I never got where I wanted to be or that there was something missing. Amanda’s transformation coaching and the nervous system work she teaches is different to any form of therapy I have done before, and I finally feel like I have found that missing piece. She is highly skilled in what she does, very knowledgeable and her consults always bring me a sense of calm and empowerment. I feel listened to, never judged, and supported in my healing journey. Such important qualities when working with a health practitioner and not always easy to find. I would highly recommend Amanda as a practitioner!
