When you face painful life circumstances and personal challenges; one of the bravest and wisest things you can do is to reach out for help. My passion is to provide a caring environment focused on helping you to grow and heal. In the school system; I gained a unique awareness of the many issues that families face. I am able to help children; teens; and their families navigate the school years. I have considerable experience helping clients who are facing a wide range of struggles from anxiety and job stress to suicidal ideation and family crisis.
