Hi, I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) located in Naples, FL. I believe one of the bravest things you can do is begin to understand your own story. My goal is facilitating the growth of my clients through self-awareness, empowerment, and strength-based techniques. I am an empathetic and experienced therapist who provides a safe and nurturing environment where you can heal and grow on your journey. I specialize in ADHD, behavioral issues, teen issues, PTSD/trauma, sexual assault, domestic violence, first responders, community trauma, depression, anxiety, substance abuse, and self-esteem issues. I use many modalities, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Person-Centered Therapy. I earned my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Florida Gulf Coast University. I believe in meeting my clients where they are and look forward to speaking with anyone ready to begin the process of therapy.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
