What should a new client know about working with you?

My experience has taught me that what works for one person may not work for another. It’s important for me to go beyond the diagnosis and/or challenge(s) + get to know each client as a person.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I utilize an emotion-focused, strengths-based approach to therapy + hope to assist those I work with to better understand (+ not fear!) their emotions. If you are looking for empathic, compassionate, focused, nonjudgmental counseling, let’s connect!
