My approach is supportive and direct. You bring your concerns and perspective and I will provide questions, encouragement and accountability. Together we will work toward getting you unstuck and living a more fulfilling version of your life. You deserve relief and counseling is an excellent way to get clarity and move forward.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

We will to a quick, 10 minute phone consult to see if we are a good fit. If we decide to move forward we will set up an initial intake, via headway (scheduling platform). After the intake we will discuss possible treatment options together and create a plan to move you forward toward feeling better.
