I've had the honor of being a Counselor for over ten years. My passion is to assist others with eliciting inner strength and coping to navigate life with confidence. One major focal point in life is showing up for ourselves when no one else does; intrinsic motivation is necessary.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I have experience working with clients from various backgrounds; ages; and challenges. With clients I like to use CBT interventions along with a strength-based approach. It is vital to offer my clients a warm environment to share challenges and assist them with identifying most effective ways to navigate them.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

The main goal in sessions will be to effectively resolve life obstacles with limited stress on mind and body. Focus will be on becoming self reliant and learning when how to use support and coping skills when necessary.
