I love being a therapist and helping you learn more about yourself, your relationships, and new proven strategies to address life's challenges. The process really does work! My approach The guiding principle of my work is that people are experts in their own lives. I aim to empower people to gain greater autonomy, self-worth, and achievement to promote lasting change. I use a Solution-Focused approach where we explore how you can start to feel better. I provide clear instructions and tangible tools to increase self-awareness and decrease immediate stress symptoms.
