What should a new client know about working with you?

I am particularly passionate about working with both couples and individual adults. For couples, I focus on improving connection and building stronger awareness of patterns that are no longer working . For individuals, my approach involves helping clients develop healthier boundaries, manage anxiety and depression, and find healing from grief. My goal is to create a supportive and non-judgmental environment where clients feel empowered to explore their challenges and achieve their personal goals.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I typically see patients for 50 minute sessions once a week initially and progress to less frequent. My approach is very experiential both in couples and individual therapy. I look forward to partnering with clients in their journey towards greater emotional health and relationship satisfaction, guiding them towards a more fulfilling, vital and balanced life.

More information on payments and coverage

At my practice, I strive to make the process of accessing mental health care as seamless and transparent as possible. Here’s a brief overview of how insurance coverage, payments, and financial assistance are managed: Insurance Coverage I partner with Headway to facilitate insurance claims and streamline the billing process. Headway helps manage and verify insurance coverage, so you can focus on your therapy sessions without the added stress of navigating complex billing procedures. How it Works: Insurance Verification: Before your first appointment, I will work with Headway to verify your insurance benefits and coverage. This process helps ensure that you have a clear understanding of what is covered and any potential out-of-pocket costs. Billing and Claims: After each session, Headway will handle the billing directly with your insurance company. They will submit claims on your behalf and assist with any follow-up needed to ensure proper reimbursement. Transparency: You will receive a detailed explanation of benefits (EOB) from your insurance provider, and I am available to discuss any questions or concerns you may have about your coverage. Payment Processing Payments for co-pays, deductibles, or non-covered services are processed through Headway, ensuring a smooth and secure transaction process. How it Works: Co-Pays and Deductibles: Any applicable co-pays or deductibles will be processed at the time of your appointment via Headway’s secure payment system. Payment Methods: You can pay using various methods accepted by Headway, including credit/debit cards. Statements and Receipts: You will receive electronic receipts for all payments made, and I am happy to provide additional documentation if needed for your records. Insurance Guidance: I am here to help answer any questions you may have
