Amber has completed Wellness Coach training through the Mayo Clinic which has contributed to her integrated approach to physical, mental, and emotional health. She incorporates education related to sleep hygiene, stress management, and preventative strategies and resources into therapy treatment. Her clinical approach is patient-centered, trauma-informed, and focuses on the use of Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Solution-Focused techniques.
