What should a new client know about working with you?

My primary approaches are CBT and SFBT. Channeling the connection between thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, we will work together to foster change using the inherent strengths you possess. I am also trained in and am gaining experience towards my certification in Progressive Counting to enhance my trauma-informed practice.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I work with clients who may be struggling with anxiety, stress, trauma, and sexual issues. For our first sessions, we will talk through your life experiences to get a better picture of how everything connects to your presenting problems. We will identify some core coping skills to prepare for delving deeper into processing your issues, ensuring you feel prepared for the work we do together.
