My passion is working with individuals, couples and/or families to help them navigate through different challenges, such as interpersonal and relationship issues, life transitions, substance use/addiction, anxiety, work/life balance, depression, prenatal/post-partum and self-esteem. Together we will find a way to manage your stress, heal, and improve the quality of your life! My approach is collaborative and tailored to each individual’s unique needs. While motivational interviewing is at the core of my work, I draw on a variety of therapeutic styles and techniques to ensure that the therapy you receive is both effective and compassionate. I’m deeply committed to helping clients recognize their inherent strengths and abilities and teaching them how to apply these in everyday life. Together, we’ll develop healthy coping skills, build resilience, and transform stress and challenges into opportunities for growth.
