I’m so glad you’re here. Reaching out for support is a meaningful first step, and I’m honored to be part of that journey with you. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, heard, and supported from the very beginning. I work with teens and adults who are navigating anxiety, grief, life changes, and relationship challenges... or just feeling stuck. My approach is down-to-earth and collaborative — we’ll work together at your pace, using practical tools and genuine connection to help you move toward the life you want. If this sounds like the kind of support you’re looking for, I’d love to connect and see how we can work together. My approach I use an eclectic approach, pulling from different methods like cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, brainspotting, and solution-focused techniques, to name a few. This flexibility allows me to tailor each session to what you need most in the moment—whether that’s learning a new coping skill, exploring emotions more deeply, or finding small, realistic ways to move toward your goals. Together, we’ll work at your pace to build insight, develop tools that actually work for you, and create meaningful change over time. My role is to walk alongside you, offering support and guidance as you discover your own strengths. My focus I love working with teens and adults who are navigating life’s ups and downs and are ready for support in finding their way forward. Many of my clients come to me feeling anxious, depressed, have past trauma, or are unsure how to manage big emotions and stressful situations. Some are working through transitions like starting a new job, changes in family dynamics, or shifts in relationships. Others simply want a safe space to better understand themselves and build new skills for everyday life, no matter where they are starting. My role is to meet you right there. Together, we’ll explore what’s getting in the way, practice new skills, and celebrate progress along the way.
