Getting to know Amber Silva

My name is Amber Silva and I have had the honor and privilege of working with youth and adults for more than 12 years. My passion is to support clients by creating a judgement-free and empathetic environment. My ideal client is anyone who struggles with their everyday lives and wants to create a better life for themselves and needs support to do so. There is hope in healing and I look forward every day to supporting my clients achieve their mental health goals in a person-centered and dignified manner so that they can thrive in their lives.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I work with clients who may be struggling with depression, anxiety, or relationship difficulties. Through our work together, you can expect to start feeling better sooner as our goals will be the same; helping you free yourself from the symptoms these diagnoses place on you.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My process with clients is completely client-centered which means that whatever your goals are, are mine as well. I will input a diagnosis and treatment plan within 30 days, and we will then address whatever needs you may have from there in a judgement-free and solution-focused manner.
