Since earning my Master’s in Counseling Psychology from the University of North Florida in 2005, I’ve walked alongside individuals facing some of life’s most painful and complex challenges—chronic anxiety and depression, childhood trauma, sexual assault, intimate partner violence, and human trafficking. I’ve also supported many clients through the grief and uncertainty of infertility, chronic illness, and major life transitions. My heart is especially drawn to those who feel “stuck”—whether because of emotional wounds, physical illness, or overwhelming change. As a cancer survivor, I understand firsthand how deeply illness can impact not just the body, but the heart and spirit. This personal journey has given me a deeper empathy and a profound respect for each person’s unique path toward healing. Clients often describe me as calm, grounded, and compassionate. I strive to create a space where you feel safe, seen, and supported—where we can explore what’s holding you back and gently uncover a way forward.
