Hi! I’m so glad you are here! I am an LPC in Texas and an LPCC in Ohio. I used to suffer with anxiety and depression, but decided to take control of my life and live it to the fullest. I hope that you feel safe enough to trust me with whatever you are going through. Together, we can work through the hardest parts of life. I am a Christian, but understand that not everyone will want that approach. I always say that I am a very solutions-focused counselor.
