I am eclectic in my therapeutic approach; preferring to meet my clients where they are, validating their experiences, assessing their strengths, and helping them use their strengths to identify needs, establish goals, and utilize healthy coping skills.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I always lead with curiosity and strive to achieve understanding. I have extensive experience with multiple modalities such as CBT, DBT, ACT, MI, & positive psychology to tailor treatment to each client’s individual journey.
