I have worked with a wide range of clients seeking support with different mental health and life transition concerns. I often work with individuals who have chronic illnesses, histories of traumatic experiences, or anxiety. I also work with transitional aged youth, individuals who identify as neurodivergent, and individuals who have been impacted by systemic oppression. I have a background working with survivors of childhood abuse and neglect, as well as children and adults who have survived sexual exploitation including human trafficking. My experience best prepares me to work with individuals seeking trauma-informed care. My goal is to create a space where you can move at your own pace. Our work will be individualized to meet your unique needs and goals. My approach is collaborative, trauma-informed, and empathic. As your therapist, it is my role to support you on your journey with authenticity and curiosity. I use an integrative approach to meet the needs of each client. I believe it is an act of courage to begin working with a new therapist. I’ve learned that many of the difficulties my clients have faced were systemic in nature, and were often related to complex traumatic experiences. My aim is to be with my clients as they do the work of knowing themselves, processing past hurts, and reclaiming their present.
