What should a new client know about working with you?

The majority of my patients struggle with anxiety, depression, self-injury, self-esteem, school problems and ADHD. I help my patients through mindfulness base therapy to change their thinking patterns, change their mindset and their intrusive thoughts/ thinking, through CBT, positive thinking, and meditation.
