What should a new client know about working with you?

I am passionate about helping you find opportunities to learn and grow from every experience, even a negative one. Operating from a strength-based perspective and using cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), I help you challenge your thoughts, understand your resiliency and build confidence. I am also a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP), which allows me to skillfully work with individuals who have experienced emotional, physical, and/or sexual trauma. My client-centered approach has helped me develop into a culturally sensitive and compassionate therapist.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

There is no specific path for therapy. I encourage you to lead the session and share what you're comfortable with at your own pace. Together we will come up with a plan for helping you address and overcome the challenges you're facing. I will be with you, side-by-side, along your journey to a better place.
