With over 10 years of experience in providing holistic, strength-based and empowering expertise, I've had the opportunity to support many individuals who want to become the best version of themselves. I hold a bachelor's degree in psychology and a master's degree in social work. I have a varied background working in the hospital setting (both psychiatric and medical), in the non-profit sector and in providing individual outpatient therapy with individuals, couples and families.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy and cognitive processing therapy in conjunction with a humanistic, relational approach.
