My goal as your therapist is to create an environment where you can succeed in being your authentic self! Together, we can explore the steps and resources needed for you to get to your desired destination of well-being. I specialize in mental health issues such as eating disorders, depression, anxiety, and other mood disorders. I have a background in trauma-informed care and crisis intervention modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). My therapeutic approach is focused on you and where you are in your journey. I aim to ensure every person I see feels that they've obtained the tools to regain control and power over their hindering circumstances. I am currently accepting new clients, from those aged 11 to adults. I would be delighted to join you on your journey to personal success!
