My approach to therapy is warm, holistic, and individualized. I believe that therapy works best when clients feel heard, respected, and supported, and I work collaboratively to meet each person where they are. I draw from a variety of therapeutic approaches, including CBT, DBT, IFS, and other evidence-based modalities, to support growth, healing, and resilience.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I strive to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to move toward healing and meaningful change.
