Amonie Greene, LICSW

Psychotherapist
NC
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and in case you're unsure of what that is, it means I have earned a Bachelor Degree in Social Work a Master of Social Work and once I completed Graduate school I was then required to complete 3,000 hours of clinical work experience under supervision for another two years after those supervised clinical hours I had to successfully sit for ASWB Clinial Level exam. Being a Licensed Clinical Social Worker not only means that I am passionate about Mental Health, but I am also focused on your environment, meaning I look at external factors that impact your situation. When I started Graduate School, I went in with the notion of studying Psychology until I came across the Social Work Program, after doing some extensive research into the profession, I decided that is what I wanted to do. I learned I can help individuals with their Mental Health as well as take a holistic approach to address any barriers they may face while working towards their goals. I absolutely LOVE being a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and helping individuals reach goals they've set for themselves.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider's self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan's benefits.
