As a therapist I use a client-centered and trauma-informed approach to provide a comfortable; safe; and non-judgmental space to navigate challenges; process feelings and previous traumatic experiences; and learn new tools to continue to build resilience and growth. I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional and trained in EMDR therapy to assist clients with desensitizing and reprocessing previous traumatic experiences. My goal is to develop trust within the therapeutic relationship so that the client will feel comfortable within their healing and therapeutic journey.
