What should a new client know about working with you?

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, with a Master's Degree from California Institute of Integral Studies in San Francisco, California. CIIS provided me with a wealth of knowledge and experiential learning in Eastern and Western Philosophy, Religion and Psychology. This has greatly informed the way that I practice therapy, seeing each person's story, struggle and journey through the eyes of a Holistic and Integrative perspective.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I offer virtual therapy sessions on the HIPPA compliant Simple Practice platform. You will receive a link to log onto your virtual session. Sessions typically last 53 minutes.
