What should a new client know about working with you?

I believe therapy is a partnership. Real growth happens when we work together to understand your experiences, identify patterns that are no longer serving you, and build strategies that support the life you want to create. Every person comes to therapy with a unique story, so I tailor my approach to your individual goals, strengths, and needs rather than relying on a one-size-fits-all process. My role is to provide guidance, support, and practical tools while helping you build the confidence to create lasting change both inside and outside of our sessions.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

You can expect a therapist who is compassionate, collaborative, and invested in your success. I believe meaningful progress is possible when you feel supported, challenged in healthy ways, and empowered to take small, intentional steps toward the life you want. My hope is that therapy becomes a place where you gain not only insight, but the confidence and skills to continue growing long after our sessions end.
