Hello and welcome! We all experience big and little things throughout our lives that impact where we are today. I am here to help you acknowledge, process, and heal those parts that are making living the life you desire difficult. Whether you are struggling with depression, anxiety, postpartum, grief, trauma, OCD, or interpersonal relationships, I am here to help guide you. I believe in the power of collaboration, viewing therapy as a partnership between us. By working together, we'll uncover your strengths, develop coping strategies, and foster a deeper understanding of yourself. My approach in therapy is person-centered with a compassionate approach of challenging you to look at your patterns, thoughts, and beliefs to make change. My goal is to empower you to make positive changes, cultivate resilience, and find a renewed sense of purpose. I earned my Master's in Social Work from the University of Houston, which has equipped me with the skills and knowledge to support you effectively. Whether this is your first step into therapy or you have been in therapy for years, I know this can be a scary step. I want you to take a moment, take a deep breath, and celebrate yourself for taking this step! You are showing up for you and that is so amazing! I look forward to working with you, looking at those big and little things that show up for you, and celebrating you each step of the way!

What should a new client know about working with you?

In our sessions, you can expect a safe and confidential space where you'll have the opportunity to openly discuss your thoughts, feelings, and concerns. I will help you to gain insights into your challenges, develop coping strategies, and set achievable goals. You can expect for me to actively listen, provide guidance, and offer tools for emotional regulation and other needs. Throughout our work together, you'll likely experience moments of self-discovery, personal growth, and increased self-awareness. Remember that progress takes time, and therapy is a collaborative journey that aims to support you in navigating life's difficulties and enhancing your overall well-being.

In-network insurances

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
