What should a new client know about working with you?

I believe that everyone has the chance to be happy and relieved of their trauma. I combine EMDR, motivational interviewing, and Gucci, my emotional support dog to give you this opportunity of happiness. Trauma doesn't have to be a huge car accident, it can be something that someone told you where you developed a negative believe about yourself. I look forward to meeting you!

What is your typical process for working with clients?

During the consultation, together, we decide if I'm the right therapist for you. If not, I can help navigate you to a counselor that fit your needs. If not, we set up an initial assessment. I can do in person or zoom. Together, we made up a treatment plan and I develop an initial assessment. From there, I give you my professional recommendations and together we decide how often and what interventions you choose for your treatment. I specialize in EMDR and trauma. However, I also help those who struggle with depression and anxiety.
