Have you been through a lot? Life experiences can leave lasting marks—some positive, others not so much. The difficult experiences might keep us feeling down and unable to function the way we'd like. We need someone to listen and truly appreciate the very real pain we feel. We need to unburden ourselves and recreate hope. I hold a Master’s in Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University, and I like to use a gentle, caring, non-judgmental, and creative approach. EMDR can be incredibly effective when addressing trauma, addiction, depression, anxiety, and many other challenges that keep us stuck. I am certified in EMDR and use its protocols alongside other trauma-informed, creative, and energy modalities. I offer a safe, sharing space for us to meet. Additionally, I facilitate coaching sessions using goal setting, visualization, and sensory techniques to help you achieve a new you—whether personally or professionally.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
