I am a psychotherapist with over 10 years of experience in mental health. My professional and personal expertise includes Neurodivergence, ADHD, Autism, Dyslexia, and Sensory Integration Disorder. I support clients with depression, anxiety, trauma, and grief. I strive to create a space where clients feel heard, valued, and understood in their therapeutic journey as they explore their emotions, experiences, and traumas.
