HI
You show up. I show up. Magic happens. My mission is to spread Aloha, love, and compassion, one relationship at a time. As someone who focuses on sanity, sobriety, and serenity, I bring my best self to our sessions. My approach In my psychotherapeutic approach, I meet you where you are. I have an expansive and eclectic approach to our energetic exchange. It is my intention to help you feel seen, heard, and gotten with clarity and compassion as my guiding strengths. Together, we shall explore what beliefs and behaviors might get in your way. My focus Do you love connection yet sometimes feel disconnected, misunderstood, or disrespected? Do you crave solitude at times but end up alone, riddled with loneliness, & seduced by addictive behaviors? Do you feel concerned about your unique challenges & overwhelmed by the big-picture struggles? Seeking support is a sign of strength. My communication style As someone who is a direct communicator, I aim to help you express yourself and receive feedback in an empowered exchange. I will not co-sign on your misery and simply allow you to wallow in the stories of suffering. I help create clear communication through teaching you the intentional dialogue by mirroring, validating, and empathizing with you. My journey to mental healthcare I learned the best way to change the world is to change oneself. I specialize in Addiction Recovery, Relational Health, and Contemplative Practices. Studying Buddhist Psychology at Naropa University, I obtained my Master’s in Contemplative Psychotherapy. I’m a published author, presenter, a Certified Imago Relationship Therapist, and Parent Coach. My goals for you As someone who values the present moment, I know how important and precious your time is and what goes on your schedule. We strive to make each session a worthwhile endeavor. Together, we collaborate on your treatment plan, assess your success, and pivot toward what seems most helpful to you.
