But no matter what made you decide to consider therapy today-life transitions, anxieties, traumatic experiences, relationship stress, parenting, work stress-I will listen to you with compassionate curiosity and help you navigate these situations with intentionality. Before becoming a therapist, I spent over twenty years in non-profit and grassroots work with the aspiration of making systemic changes toward community safety, healing, and liberation. I've come to believe that systemic work must go hand-in-hand with healing at the individual level. We can change the world by changing ourselves.
