We can release your long held trauma with EMDR to free you from your past and start reprogramming your mind to create more of what you want with mindfulness and cognitive restructuring. I have also studied and practiced earth based shamanism for 25 years if you are interested in a less clinical, left- brained approach. I am looking for clients who show up and are ready to do the work necessary to implement real change. I am also happy to support you while going through a tough phase or transition. I am best suited to help with anxiety, depression, grief and loss, relationships, spirituality and life transitions. I am a seasoned therapist with a highly successful track record who has been through hell myself and knows how to come out the other side. You do not need to go through it alone.
