I unreservedly believe in the resiliency of the human spirit, and I have personally seen clients move from merely surviving to thriving. I am committed to offering a safe place in a non-judgmental setting where you can discover your own strengths and build a life worth living. I hold a Master’s degree in Counseling from Liberty University, which has equipped me with the knowledge and skills to support my clients effectively.
My clinical focus is trauma, PTSD, complex trauma, and attachment wounding. I also treat anxiety, depression, and mood disorders. My initial goals are to help clients feel safe and empowered. From this place of safety, we work together to learn coping skills, experience personal growth, and process old wounds as needed.
