I am a licensed therapist who specializes in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help clients heal from trauma, manage anxiety and depression, and create meaningful change. Many of my clients come to therapy carrying painful experiences, grief, or patterns of feeling “stuck.” I provide a safe and supportive space where you can process difficult memories, reduce distress, and reconnect with what matters most. EMDR therapy helps the brain reprocess past experiences so they no longer feel overwhelming in the present. ACT complements this by focusing on mindfulness, emotional flexibility, and values-based living—so you can respond differently to thoughts and feelings and move toward the life you want. My style is collaborative, compassionate, and practical. I believe therapy should meet you where you are, at your pace. Together, we’ll focus not only on relief from symptoms but also on building resilience and creating a more fulfilling, authentic life.
