What should a new client know about working with you?

I have a very dynamic, positive and engaging personality and my clients are generally very dedicated and engaged in their own self-work and self-improvement. I often work with high achievers, high performers, ADHD, neuro divergent, anxiety, panic-disorder, PTSD and trauma survivors. Many of my clients are CEO's, execs, high profile individuals, creatives, performers, helping professions, empaths, highly sensitive people, entrepreneurs. I also specialize in working with women, mothers, childhood trauma and abuse survivors, religious trauma, addictions and sexual issues, low self-esteem, body image issues, body dysmorphia, career changes, major life transitions. I love working with clients who are going through a Spiritual Awakening and seeking deeper meaning in career/relationships.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I have many clients who want to avoid taking pharmaceutical medications for their mental health issues. I work with clients using both medication and all natural treatment methods. I teach clients how to use holistic tools such as meditation, mindfulness, CBT, visualization, breathwork, NLP . I do very deep work with clients that gets rapid results like: hypnosis, hypnotherapy, EMDR. I use many methods including in-depth assessment to get to the root of the problem, rather than putting a bandaid on the surface level. I have been through my own mental health & life struggles. I know what it's like to feel lost, hopeless and stuck. I have overcome anxiety, PTSD and I know that there is hope & healing on the other side. It takes courage to take action!
