Psychotherapist
KS
My passion is in witnessing the miraculous growth and healing that comes from leaning into vulnerability and exploring blocks and challenges from a place of compassion and curiosity. I've had the honor of supporting clients as they learn tools and strategies to work through challenges while doing the deep inner work to cultivate a profound sense of self-love, inner peace, and confidence to live a truly free and fulfilling life. For over 15 years, I have offered mental and behavioral health therapy to children, families, and individuals, specializing in trauma and attachment-focused therapy. I utilize a variety of modalities and interventions to uniquely customize each client's experience to best meet their needs and goals. I strive to create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive space for all. My approach I take time to build a therapeutic rapport of warmth and trust with each of my clients. Throughout the therapeutic process, my goal is always to offer understanding and validation. I believe that the most transformational and sustainable healing comes from deep inner work, which requires vulnerability and safety. I believe that all the answers and healing that my clients seek are already within them, and my role is to support them in growing their compassion and understanding for their challenges as well as enhancing their connections to their own internal strengths and resources. I tell all of my clients that therapy is a safe space where they can say, think, and feel whatever they need. Many of my clients have not experienced the opportunity to fully express themselves in safe ways, and this can be incredibly freeing and empowering. Learning to embody a truly authentic self can be scary, but it will be the most rewarding work of your life! My focus I am incredibly passionate in working with adults and children in interventions of intergenerational trauma. I am honored to partner with adults who have survived childhood trauma.
