What is your typical process for working with clients?

I partner with individuals aged 18 to 45 who are ready to do the work. My "sweet spot" is helping clients navigate: The Mirror Struggle: Healing poor body image and silencing the inner critic. Relationship Resilience: Breaking toxic cycles and building authentic connections. Identity & Purpose: Managing the high-functioning anxiety and depression that often comes with modern adulthood.
