I have been connecting with people as a Licensed Professional Counselor since 2004, working with various mental health agencies before setting up my own Telehealth-only practice in 2008.
Not new to responsibility and pressure, I've spent two decades in corporate American managerial roles before embracing this profession. My focus as a counselor spans various areas - anxiety, career counseling, coping skills, depression, faith journeys, grief handling, life transitions, premarital counsel, marriage guidance, relationship coaching and handling men's, women's and PTSD-related issues among others.
Partnering with me, you'll unpack your burdens at your own pace, in a supportive, caring, and non-judgmental environment. Your goals will shape our collaborative efforts while I facilitate this journey of inward change and growth.
Qualified as a licensed therapist since 2004, a Board Certified Christian Life Coach and as an EMDR therapist, I'm passionate about walking alongside my clients as they strive to unlock their best selves.
