She uses evidence-based practices like Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), CBT, DBT, and Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT). Amy works with children, adolescents, adults, and seniors. She has experience supporting first responders, military personnel, veterans, the LGBTQ+ community, and those involved in adoption or foster care. Amy’s dedication extends beyond clinical practice. She is an avid yoga practitioner and holds a 500 E-RYT certification.
